What we sell
The Frenchman develops, produces and distributes food.
We take every care to ensure that the description and photos of our products are correct. However, they are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.
When you order (or pre-order)
The Frenchman has developed an e-commerce website under the url www.thefrenchman.fr (hereby “the Website”).
To place an order (or pre-order) through the Website, you have to give us personal details when creating an account or ordering as a guest. We are unable to amend any orders once they have been placed so please check your address and order details are correct before you place your order.
Our acceptance of your order will take place, and a contract will be formed between you and The Frenchman Ltd, only when the products have been dispatched to you.
If we cannot supply you with the products you ordered, then we will not process you order and will inform you of this by email. If you have already paid for the product, we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
Price
All prices on our website are in pound sterling.
Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the point of ordering.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to any order is the price indicated on our website at the time of submitting the order.
The price does not include any delivery cost, which will be added to the total amount due. See our delivery section for details.
Payment
You must pay the order amount by either Credit Card or PayPal at the time of submitting the order. We do not store credit card details.
Payments will be made through the secure PayPal and Stripe systems, which use the SSL "Secure Socket Layer" protocol, so that all information is encrypted by software and no third-parties may have access to this information during the processing of your payment for the Products.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel you need to contact us ASAP. You may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification before it has been processed for delivery. The Frenchman Ltd reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty.
