Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy


Please note that we are only able to accept returns and provide refunds for those orders placed on our website www.thefrenchman.fr.

Products purchased from a physical store or from other websites are subject to the returns policies of the store or website from which they were purchased and are not eligible to be returned to us in accordance with these terms.

You can return a product for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 30 days have done by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Cost
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us unless the reason for the returns is that the product is incorrect, mis-described or faulty (see below).

Faulty Products
Our products are made using artisan processes and fresh produce. We do our best to keep our products to the highest standards but should you encounter a quality issue, please contact us at bonjour@thefrenchman.fr and we will find a solution.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
