All orders over £30 (except Guernsey, Isle of Man & Jersey)
FREE UK standard shipping. It usually takes 3 to 4 working days to receive your parcel.
Should you want to receive your products much faster, there is an option to upgrade to next day delivery for £3.50 at check-out.
All orders under £30 (except Guernsey, Isle of Man & Jersey)
A fixed charge of £4.00 for standard shipping will be applied at check out. It usually takes 3 to 4 working days to receive your parcel.
Should you want to receive your products much faster, the cost for next day delivery will be charged £6.00 at check-out.

For Guernsey, Isle of Man & Jersey
A fixed charge of £8.00 will be applied at check-out. It usually takes 2 to 7 working days to receive your parcel.

EUROPE (excl. France)
All orders under £36.00
A fixed charge of £12.00 for standard shipping will be applied at check out.
All orders over £36.00
A fixed charge of £9.00 for standard shipping will be applied at check out.

FRANCE
All orders under £30.00
A fixed charge of £5.00 for standard shipping will be applied at check out. It usually takes 2 to 3 working days to receive your parcel.

Turnaround
We aim to send all orders placed before 12noon the same day (Monday-Friday only).  There may occasionally be circumstances beyond our control when we are unable to do this.


Force Majeure
Events outside The Frenchman’s control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered Force Majeure, meaning that The Frenchman is released from its obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are, but not limited to; government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, epidemic, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The Force Majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
